Let's get caught up yet again!

Ok. I'm late again as usual. I cannot keep up on anything. It's not like I'm ALWAYS too busy to do anything. Also, I seem to post everything on Facebook or Myspace. So, it seems redundant.

But this weekend was pretty busy. We spend more money Friday than we have any other year all at once. Jeff started hurting in his stomach Wednesday night. Thursday he felt a bit better & went on to work. He was able to finish his work week out then. I cleaned house that night & it was a wicked night. Those kids...I tell ya! Anywho..after breakfast on Friday he started hurting a bit more again so we got him into the doctor. Got sent on to the hospital in Mt. Home. About 1:30 he was wheeled into surgery & had his appendix removed. Great f
un! He was nervous, but of course, came through just fine. Mission Rally was that night also & we hated to miss it. Turns out it was a real good meeting too. Bah! I'll miss the next one also because I will headed to a ladies retreat that I have missed for the last two years. Last year was avoidable but I'll not go there. So, anyhow. He is doing better. Walking around much better right now. He will probably head into work for a slow day tomorrow.

Also, on Saturday we had pl
ans to renew our vows. We went ahead with those plans. He didn't want to miss out on the cake is what it was. Ha! It was a great time in the Lord. Just had a few church members there. Had delicious food...and, that cake was soooo gooooood!! Our friend & fellow church member, Tina Jo, made it.
Doesn't it look good. I swear there w
as about 5lbs. of butter used in the icing.
I'll include one more pic her

In other news....I'm considering going back to school full time. The place would be Henderson University in Arkadelphia. I want to do something I would love & go to a school that wouldn't be out of the way of certain things. Athletic Training is the major I would be going into. Jonesboro just offers a Master's in Exercise Science. They are different. I don't want to be on the road four hours out of my day. Just not doable for me. I thought about P/T & Nutrition, but I would be kind of stuck with what I could do & dealing with all of the insurance garbage. Also, I would be stuck going to Conway. That was just not appealing to me. I like Arkadelphia because I would be close enough to help with my Granny which is 45 minutes away. Also, the town is the size of Mt. Home. So, that's not bad. We'll be going down in April to check out jobs & such. I will pre-register. We'll also stick around to go to church down there. Nothing is set in stone. Especially with this hospital bill that's been put in our laps. But I'll have to get a job sticking around here & there is nothing. My skills from college aren't much & usually a person needs paid experience in the field. I don't have it.

Just pray for us that we follow God's will. Til next time.
